AQUATICS
LIFEGUARDS
Lifeguards serve a vital role at our pool locations by providing patron surveillance, enforcing facility policies, and responding to first aid and emergency situations. All lifeguards are required to be certified through the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Program complete with CPR and AED for Professional Rescuers at a depth appropriate to their assigned facility.

POOL MONITORS
Pool Monitors are responsible for opening and closing pool area(s), maintaining a clean/organized surrounding, monitoring member/guest access and behavior, and offering fair and consistent enforcement of facility rules. Pool Monitors are required to have a certification in CPR for Professional Rescuers.

GATE MONITORS
Gate Monitors are responsible for ensuring all entry procedures are followed at our contracted sites by verifying credentials, checking personal items, and selling entry passes. Gate Staff members are required to have a certification in CPR for Professional Rescuers.

SITE MANAGERS
Managers are an integral part of the Poolside Mission. Poolside Managers are responsible for a variety of tasks that may include, scheduling, training, staff managing, reporting, and much more! Managers are required to hold a base level Lifeguarding Certification, and may be required to hold advanced certifications, such as LGI, WSI, etc.
AREA MANAGERS
Area Managers are responsible for multiple sites in an assigned area. Area managers may be responsible for scheduling, training, staff development, hiring, and more! Area Managers are required to hold a base level Lifeguarding Certification, and may be required to hold advanced certifications, such as LGI, WSI, etc.
